Common Monitoring Workflows

Daily review

Perform a quick review of:

  • current environment status
  • recent operational activity
  • user-reported access problems

Change review

After access, configuration, or rollout changes, confirm that:

  • the environment remains connected
  • the correct teams still have access
  • expected workflows and reporting surfaces still function

Escalation review

Escalate when you see:

  • repeated connection failures
  • persistent sign-in problems
  • unexpected drops in visibility or activity
  • reporting or workflow operations that do not complete
